Late & Cancellations

If you're running late, please call or text me at (813) 403-4566. If you are less than 15 minutes late, the service will be shortened into the time allotted. Being more than 15 minutes late, forfeits the appointment. In both cases, the fee for the scheduled service will be the one charged at time of appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so no later than 24 hours before the start time of your appointment. Canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in 100% of the service fee being charged to the reserved credit card.
